Nick Jonas to Join “Jumanji” Remake

Nick Jonas might be seen in the upcoming remake of Jumanji.

The remake of legendry movie Jumanji is due in 2017. The movie has cast that includes Dwayne Johnson aka The Rock, Jack Black and Kevin Hart. All of these actors are going to pay tribute to the legendary actor Robin Williams who was the lead in this famous 1990s movie. New movie is going to be directed by Jake Kasdan while it will be released under the banner of Sony Pictures on July 28th, 2017. It’s exactly one year from today when the movie will be released.

Matt Tolmach is producing this movie. It is said that movie officials are considering Nick Jonas to appear in a movie for a role too, according to Deadline. Nick is known for his outstanding singing talent. He has done various projects with his brothers and on his own as well.

He has also tried his luck in acting where he was met with positive comments most of the time. He acted in Disney movie series “Camp Rock”. He recently appeared in “Goat” which is a drama movie and will be released in September this year. He also starred in MMA Series named “Kingdom”.

He is currently busy with his music commitments. According to news he is on to finalize new music projects, however it is also said that he might postpone working on them on the regard of acting in Jumanji. Working in a full commercial movie will be a great choice for this young actor/musician at this stage of his career.

The original Jumanji was released in the year 1995. It managed to earn almost $250 million all over the world. Fans who are really attached to movie are fond of Robin Williams’s acting in the movie. However many have high hopes for this one too.
