Mark Wahlberg and Will Ferrell will Reprise Their Roles in Daddy’s Home 2

“Daddy’s Home 2” is starring Will Ferrell and Mark Wahlberg.

The Paramount sequel directed by Sean Andreas is going to showcase Ferrell and Wahlberg.

Our latest reports have confirmed that Ferrell and Wahlberg have been finalized for “Daddy’s Home 2”. The first installation of this movie was released on Christmas last year. The movie earned $240 million giving it a great opening. The sequel of this movie is going to start again.

Ferrell and Wahlberg will be joining the sequel to reprise their roles, according to The Wrap. Sean Andreas and John Morris who wrote the script of first part will write this one too. Andreas will be directing it again.

The first movie also starred Hannibal Buress, Thomas Haden Church and Linda Cardellini were seen in the first movie. However it is not confirmed if they will reprise their role or not in the new one.

Ferrell has given many other hits in the past as well. His movies such as “The LEGO Movie” and “Elf” did a great business at the box office.

“Daddy’s Home” became his third highest grossing movie on the foreign level. Ferrell is all set to work on two other new projects that include “The House” and “Zeroville”.

Wahlberg on the other hand is currently working on a movie “Patriots Day” and will start shooting for “Daddy’s Home 2” as soon as the former finishes.

Ferrell has been represented by Mosaic and UTA. Wahlberg is being represented by Leverage and WME. While all the fans know that its story will follow a comedy genre, the storyline and plot of “Daddy’s Home 2” is well hidden by the movie officials.

Only time will tell about the exact story about this movie. However one can assume for sure that these two gentlemen will surely make a great team while providing a fine family entertainment movie.
