In 2008 Cloverfield movie made a lasting impression. It is a found footage monster horror film directed by Matt Reeves, produced by J. J. Abrams and Bryan Burk, and written by Drew Goddard.

Now Cloverfield fans got a big surprise last night. Ahead of the new movie 13 Hours, a trailer for 10 Cloverfield Lane ran. This trailer has not been released online yet. It comes out of nowhere.
10 Cloverfield Lane is actually the final title of Dan Trachtenberg’s project formerly referred to as Valencia and The Cellar.
J.J. Abrams released a statement to Collider with a some explanation on what 10 Cloverfield Lane is.
“The idea came up a long time ago during production. We wanted to make it a blood relative of Cloverfield. The idea was developed over time. We wanted to hold back the title for as long as possible.”
10 Cloverfield Lane features John Goodman, Mary Elizabeth Winstead, and John Gallagher, Jr. The new Cloverfield movie is what J.J. Abrams calls a “blood-relative” to the original film. This means it is not a classic sequel, but it is set in a post apocalyptic world.
Fans only have to wait until March 11 to watch 10 Cloverfield Lane in theaters.
