Los Angeles, Feb 20 — Actress Jessica Alba says that she never thought that "Sin City: A Dame To Kill For" will ever actually go on floors as it was delayed for a long.

The movie is a sequel of 2005 movie "Sin City", in which Alba played the role of Nancy Callahan. Due to the delay in the new movie, she had lost the enthusiasm to start working on it again.

"Every six months to a year it was like, 'We're going to do it, when's the next one coming? Oh yeah, we're going to do it. We're going to do it.' And then at a certain point, it was just like okay. I just didn't believe it," collider.com quoted Alba as saying.

For the 31-year-old, starting the shoot of the crime thriller was like a dream come true.

"When we actually got the start date and I was there on the set, it was like a dream. I was like, 'Am I really here? Are we really here? Okay, just making sure.' So yeah, it was surreal and for all of us, it's really cool," she said.

"Sin City: A Dame To Kill For" also stars Josh Brolin, Rosario Dawson and Powers Boothe. It is expected to release later this year.

Jun 11 2014 2:04pm CDT | Source: movies.com

Jessica Alba And Christopher Gavigan Celebrate The Launch Of The Honest Company At Target
The first trailer for Sin City: A Dame To Kill For was only a little over a minute long and mainly served to announce that a new Sin City movie was coming out nearly a decade after the first one. This new trailer, however, is a minute longer and really shows off the sequel's expanded cast while still maintaining the highly stylized, highly violent personality that made the first movie such a hit with fans. See Frank Miller's Original Storyboards for 'Sin City 2'

Jun 3 2014 9:00am CDT | Source: yahoo

40th Annual Saturn Awards - Show
Robert Rodriguez certainly didn’t have to look very hard to find a storyboard artist for Sin City: A Dame to Kill For, considering his co-director and writer for the hyper-stylized noir action flick is comics great Frank Miller. And as a result, the storyboards for the sequel to 2005’sSin City look like they could be early sketches of one of Miller’s actualSin City comics. Actress Eva Green arrives for the Britis

The “Dame to Kill For” had her character poster yanked from rotation by Dimension Films because the MPAA had banned it for “nudity -- curve of under breast and dark nipple/areola circle visible through sheer ...
