Harrison Ford back for Star Wars: Episode VII?

Rumor has it that Han Solo will once again appear in the Star Wars' saga. Unconfirmed reports said Harrison Ford will reprise his famous role of the shoot-from-the-hip hero.

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. – The dashing rogue, Han Solo, may once again zoom across the big screen if rumors are true that Harrison Ford will reprise the role in Star Wars: Episode VII.

Total Film reports that Latino's Review's El Mayimbe said on Fox News, Friday, that Ford has agreed to appear on the forthcoming Star Wars sequel. In 2008, Ford returned to theaters in Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.

While the report is yet as unconfirmed, Star Wars fans do know that J.J. Abrams, who directed the remake of Star Trek, has signed on as director to Episode VII. If Solo is back that affirms the hopes of fans that the latest movie in the saga will continue previous storylines by bringing back some familiar characters, and introducing new characters into the Star Wars universe.

Ford had said earlier that he'd be open to returning as Solo. If not, many fans will sense a great disturbance in the force.

THE EXPENDABLES 3 Blu-ray Includes an Extended Unrated Cut of the Film

Oct 8 2014 4:27pm CDT | Source: Collider

There was a lot of griping from the fan base when it was revealed that The Expendables 3 would be rated PG-13, so you guys should take heart in the fact that the upcoming Blu-ray release of the film will indeed include an Unrated Cut that is five minutes longer than the theatrical version.  Will the new cut contain all of the action and intensity you'd expect from a more mature rating?  It's too early to tell, but there's at least a sliver of hope fo ...

10 Dogs That Look Exactly Like Celebrities

Oct 2 2014 1:51pm CDT | Source: movie pilot

Remember a few years ago when picking out your celebrity doppelgänger was a thing? It was fun, it was silly, and it definitely revealed some massive egos on a few of my friends.Although the fad is over, and a blurry, out of focus, image of Olivia Munn no longer graces my Facebook profile (that ego thing applies to me as well), doppelgängers are still fun to spot. I've found this to be especially true when they're celebrity DOG-ppelgängers!These are some super cool dogs tha ...

Indiana Jones Might Actually Be Happening...And Here's Why

Oct 2 2014 8:19am CDT | Source: movie pilot

There have been whispers of Indiana Jones 5 for a long while now. After Disney gained control of the franchise, Harrison Ford expressed a desire to do more Indi movies. Then, he was apparently in negotiations with the company to commit to two further films - but these were apparently scuppered by his interest in the Star Wars revival. But now it seems we're experiencing a u-turn with the news that cinematographer Janusz Kaminski, a frequent collaborator with Steven Spiel ...

Is Cinematographer Janusz Kaminski's Next Project 'Indiana Jones 5'?

Oct 1 2014 1:27pm CDT | Source: First Showing

Well, here's something that's interesting and a little bit flimsy all at the same time. Ever since Disney picked up the rights to Indiana Jones from Paramount Pictures to complete their acquisition of properties from Lucasfilm, there have been rumors of both continuing the adventure with Harrison Ford or maybe rebooting the franchise with someone like Bradley Cooper. Neither option has proven to have any solid development, but there's a ...

Indiana Jones 5 Is Cinematographer Janusz Kaminski’s Next Project

Oct 1 2014 12:42pm CDT | Source: Slash Film

Is cinematographer Janusz Kaminski working on Indiana Jones 5 next? Yesterday in Page 2 I dropped a link to a Variety article titled Top Cinematographers Offer Online Course on Filmmaking. Like many of the articles I include in Page 2, I didn’t get a chance to read the whole thing as that would then extend the handful of hours I work on Page 2 to a whole working day. I just pick and choose the minor news we didn’t have a chance to cover on the site a ...
